VERBS FOLLOWED BY TO- INFINITIVE OR -ING FORM

 In English, if you want to follow a verb with another action, you must use a gerund or infinitive. For example: We resumed talking.   ( gerund  – verb + ing) I want to see a movie.   ( infinitive  – to + base verb)  This is a complex matter among ESL (English as a second language) students and it is important to master te topic as soon as possible, so that you don't make mistakes in speaking and writing. DIFFERENT WAYS TO SAY "HOW ARE YOU?"

Use any of these expressions instead of the common "HOW ARE YOU?" when you greet someone.  You will show a better command of the language and will sound more "english". WHAT'S UP? HOW DO YOU DO? DIFFERENT WAYS TO EXPRESS "ANGER" IN ENGLISH

    This post is the result of a "birthday conversation" with my dear friend Inmaculada Bermejo last Saturday.      She was interested in knowing the different ways to show "anger" in its different shadows.      I am not sure if the post will meet her needs, but I hope she finds it useful.      When it comes to expressing "anger", there are different words or expressions we can use (apart from the common "ANGRY").
